Glenda Kent
I am an ardent supporter of the circular economy. I have always utilised resourced that are sourced locally even throughout my career as a teacher I encouraged students to be resourceful in their selection of materials.
I have always been a hunter and gatherer who scours opportunity shops, rummages through roadside collections and worksites to discover interesting objects to utilise in my practice.
I have works in private collection throughout Australia including d’Arenberg Cube which exhibits my Big Ted which constructed from recycled vintage glass and a discarded soft toy.
