Not a formally trained sculptor/ artist. Spent most of my working life in Sydney primarily as a school teacher. Choosing to work in Narrabri area for the last few years I had more of a chance to try wood carving and metal trades such as blacksmithing. I started chainsaw carving a few years ago and have found that the chainsaw is quite a versatile sculpting tool. I enjoy making large fruit items and botanically inspired work.
