“Equilibrium” is a sculpture that embodies the fragility of existence in our environment. A large sandstone piece precariously balances on a polished bronze egg, symbolizing the delicate balance between the natural world and human intervention. The observer experiences the tension and vulnerability inherent in their surroundings.

I did not initially set out to engage in the creative realm. However, through adverse circumstances this newfound passion ultimately found me.
My academic background includes a Masters Degree in Philosophy from The University of Newcastle in 2016, with a focus on painting and sculpture. Through this experience, I came to recognize that the art of creation can convey a depth of meaning beyond what language can articulate.
Primarily, my work is rooted in abstractionism, with the human form serving as key inspirations.
As mentioned above I'm a Newcastle based artist, predominantly playing with paint or getting dirty in the workshop attempting to make art. I share a studio with my partner at the Creator Incubator in Newcastle
Primarily, my work is rooted in abstractionism, I’m lucky enough to be working in the arts. Which serves as motivation to be constantly contemplating and questioning.
The Creator Incubator is where I’m fortunate to have my studio, a community of 38 other creatives.
I have been fortunate to have my work displayed in numerous private collections and exhibited at regional galleries. Additionally, I have been selected for prestigious art prizes.
