By car: Dungog is a three hour drive from Sydney or a one hour 20 minute drive from Newcastle or one hour drive from Maitland and a one hour drive from Gloucester, all on sealed roads.

Dungog to Fosterton
By car: “Fosterton” is 8.24km on a sealed road, from the turn off in Dowling Street into the Fosterton Loop Road. The shortest and best route is to turn into Fosterton Road opposite Norco Rural which is just south of the railway line.
