My inspiration for my sculptures comes from the landscape. Growing up in the bush with many Banksias has bought back this memory of the feel of the banksia bark.
My Hanging Garden is sculptured felt, using different wool – coarse and fine – allows me to shape and form. I integrated silk and metallic fibers to achieve a more vibrant and tactile effect.Textile – Felted
