This work explores the dynamic forces of erosion, with welded steel shapes tumbling down a channel beam, mimicking rocks freed by rainstorms. The rough, hand-marked texture of the steel evokes the rawness of rock formations and the enduring qualities of the earth.
At 127cm tall, the sculpture symbolizes both the slow process of geological change and the urgent realities of climate change, highlighting the fragile balance between nature’s forces and human intervention in a time of environmental crisis.

I graduated from the National Art School 2020 where I majored in Sculpture. I have a multidisciplinary practice in painting, drawing and sculpture.
I am interested in how steel can be balanced, and the flow of the eye across an abstract piece. I like to show the raw mark of the artist.
As an emerging artist I am represented by Stella Downer Fine Arts Gallery Sydney.
