As the Mayor of Dungog Shire it is my genuine pleasure to welcome you to Sculpture on the Farm 2019.
Philippa and John Graham have generously and capably provided the energy required to bring to life this creative expression and we are indebted to them. Thank you for opening your beautiful home ‘Fosterton’ and allowing us all the unique opportunity to enjoy a wonderfully curated sculptural exhibition. Your vision and contribution have allowed talented artists to gather with a supportive and enthusiastic audience in an environment of natural beauty.
As an inaugural event last year, Sculpture on the Farm attracted more than 2000 visitors over the October long weekend, an enviable achievement. It is inspiring to watch Sculpture on the Farm evolve as an iconic event in its own right, and as an invaluable partner event of the Dungog Festival.
I would like to acknowledge the Sculpture on the Farm Committee and volunteers who have worked tirelessly in the lead up to this event. Your dedication, professionalism and commitment to the arts have contributed to the wellbeing of this community.
