Constantine Detterer
I was born in Australia & living in Vacy. I am 73 years old & I simply love creating interesting art.
I was inspired by a sculpture in Brisbane some years ago. This sculpture used found objects & scrap metal to create a beautiful sculpture.
Having a background in commercial art & being visual, I come from a family who were serious artists in their field, my talent came from them & I started creating sculptures using found objects & scrap metal.
People liked what I had created, this gave me encouragement to proceed with my love of creative pieces.

Featured in the Hunter Lifestyle Magazine & in a ABC program for local artists.
1st prize in Waste As Art & Waste Not.
