Since 2010 I am working on kinetic sculptures. I find it fascinating
how the organic shape of the sculpture relates to nature through the movement by wind.

Sculptor Bio

Rudi Jass

Rudi Jass

Born in Germany in 1953, I emigrated to Australia in 1983, having previously lived in Canada and Papua New Guinea. My early professional career included many years working for Porsche , where I developed a strong foundation in precision engineering and technical craftsmanship.

In 1990, I began to pursue my long-standing passion for sculpture. Since 2010, my focus has shifted toward kinetic wind sculpture—a medium that allows me to merge my technical expertise with my creative design sensibilities.

Working primarily in stainless steel and corten steel.
Primarily kinetic sculptures since 2010
