Sea Florals, draws inspiration from the rich textures and forms of coral and seaweed. Using subdued, cool colours, the work is both a celebration of marine life and a quiet reflection on the fragility of our ocean ecosystems.
It is a reminder of the urgent need to care for our coral reefs and fishing grounds, which continue to suffer under the pressures of warming seas and overfishing.
I allow intuition and natural rhythms to guide my creative process.

Margaret Westcott
I am a ceramicist for over 10 year and I make functional and sculptural ceramics. My works are a response to the environment figuratively and in abstract. I make forms usually vases and use them as a canvas for my semi and abstract painting. I am a member of the Ceramic Association and for many years was a member of the Sculpture Society.
In Pearl Beach I am part of the #pearlbeachartist community art group, organising
regular art trails and art fairs in the Pearl Beach Arboretum.
I manage a Pottery Studio, Gladesville Hospital since 2011.
