Construct XXXII is part of a series exploring the transformative nature of glass through a single geometric form, crafted using lamination, gluing, and coldworking techniques.
The work highlights glass’s dualities – transparency and opacity, interior and exterior -while playing with colour, light, and form. Positioned in a liminal space, it blurs boundaries and invites shifting perceptions.
Contrasts between machined precision and hand-finished surfaces are enhanced by changing light, encouraging viewers to consider the thresholds between perception and reality within this ambiguous material.

Construct XXXII | 2025
I'm a glass artist based on Ngunnawal and Ngambri land. Through manipulating external surfaces and internal planes of colour, I explore the relationship between two and three dimensions.
I have exhibited both nationally and internationally, with solo shows at Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf (2024), Sabbia Gallery (2021), and Wagga Wagga Art Gallery (2019).
My work has been recognised with several accolades, including the Museum Kunstpalast Jutta Cuny-Franz Foundation Talent Award (2017), the JamFactory FUSE Emerging Artist Prize (2020), and as a finalist in the Art Gallery of Western Australia’s Tom Malone Prize (2021) and the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize (2023).
